in Montreal who rents a 4 1/2 room apartment in the city and have a Summer
home 1 hour from Montreal.This means during the months of July and August
the apartment place remains empty.
I am looking
to sublet or rent out the apartment to tourists who wish to visit Montreal
during these peak tourist months and not have to pay steep Hotel prices.

Below please find an a price list for the summer of 2005.
The apartment is furnished as follows:
The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed, some dressers,
a television, satellite hook-up and a phone. Linen is provided with a spare
set.
The kitchen has a Refridgerator, a stove, washer
and dryer.
The living room has a Television with Satelitte hook-up,
and a Twin Bed with room for another Twin if needed.
The other room is at present an office with a
computer on high speed for internet service. The room could accomodate
a twin or double bed if needed.
